(個人情報保護方針)

【1.基本方針】
一般財団法人 大阪地域振興調査会 器プロジェクト(以下、「当団体」という。)は、個人情報の重要性を認識し、 個人情報を保護することが社会的責務であると考え、 個人情報に関する法令及び社内規程 等を遵守し、当団体で取扱う個人情報の取得、利用、管理を適正に行います。

【2.適用範囲】
本プライバシーポリシーは、当団体が行う各種サービスにおいて、お客様の個人情報もしくはそれ に準ずる情報を取り扱う際に、当団体が遵守する方針を示したものです。

【3.個人情報の取得と利用目的】
当団体はお客様から以下の情報をご提供いただいております。 氏名、住所、連絡先をサービス申込時に申込書に御記入いただくことで、当団体が収集しております。 また当団体は、お客様からご提供いただく情報を以下の目的の範囲内において、当団体が提供するサービスに利用します。 お客様の同意なく、情報の収集、目的外の利用を行うことはありません。

  • 連絡・メールマガジン・DM・各種お知らせ等の配信・送付のため
  • お客さまの承諾・申込みに基づく、本サービス利用企業・提携企業・団体等への個人情報の提供のため
  • 本サービスの改善・新規サービスの開発およびマーケティングのため
  • キャンペーン・アンケート・モニター・取材等の実施のため
  • お問い合わせ内容の確認・回答のため
  • 利用規約等で禁じている行為などの調査のため

【4.個人データを安全に管理するための措置】
当団体は個人情報を正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努め、不正なアクセス・改ざん・漏えい・滅失及び毀損から保護するため、現場での管理についても定期的に点検を行っています。

【5.個人データの第三者提供について】
当団体は法令及びガイドラインに別段の定めがある場合を除き、同意を得ないで第三者に個人情報を提供することは致しません。

【6.保有個人データの開示、訂正】
当団体は本人から個人情報の開示を求められたときには、遅滞なく本人に対しこれを開示します。 個人情報の利用目的の通知や訂正、追加、削除、利用の停止、第三者への提供の停止を希望される方は以下の手順でご請求ください。 (各社請求方法を指定)

【7.個人情報取り扱いに関する相談や苦情の連絡先】
当団体の個人情報の取り扱いに関するご質問やご不明点、苦情、その他のお問い合わせはメールにてご連絡ください。

【8.SSL(Secure Socket Layer)について】
当団体のWebサイトはSSLに対応しており、WebブラウザとWebサーバーとの通信を暗号化しています。 ユーザーが入力する氏名や住所、電話番号などの個人情報は自動的に暗号化されます。

【9.cookieについて】
cookieとは、WebサーバーからWebブラウザに送信されるデータのことです。Webサーバーがcookieを参照することでユーザーのパソコンを識別でき、 効率的に当社Webサイトを利用することができます。当社Webサイトがcookieとして送るファイルは、個人を特定するような情報は含んでおりません。 お使いのWebブラウザの設定により、cookieを無効にすることも可能です。

当団体Webサイトに掲載されている情報の正確性には万全を期していますが、利用者が当社Webサイトの情報を用いて行う一切の行為に関して、 一切の責任を負わないものとします。 当団体は、利用者が当社Webサイトを利用したことにより生じた利用者の損害及び利用者が第三者に与えた損害に関して、 一切の責任を負わないものとします。

【12.本ポリシーの更新について】
当社は、本ポリシーを随時改訂または更新することがあります。本ポリシーの変更は、変更後の本ポリシーが掲載された時点で有効となります。当社が重要であると判断した変更を行う場合には、可能な範囲で当社ウェブサイトを通じてお知らせするとともに、場合によっては、お客様の同意を求めることがあります。

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

【1. Our privacy statement】
The protection of your personal data is of great importance to Osaka Research Foundation for Regional Development Utsuwa Project and its local offices located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how the companies that make up Architectural Design Studio Morizo-, as data controllers, collect and process personal information that you provide or disclose to Architectural Design Studio Morizo-. We are also a data controller when processing personal information received or obtained through third parties. We process this personal information in accordance with applicable EU and EU Member State data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 ("GDPR") on data protection.

This policy is in addition to the "Privacy Policy" and in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

In accordance with GDPR, we may share your personal data with Osaka Research Foundation for Regional Development Utsuwa Project employees. Such transfers may be for the purposes of employee performance evaluations, payroll processing, reimbursement, and contact with business partners. For each of these transfers, we will ensure an appropriate level of protection for the transferred data. In particular, we ensure this by entering into the standard contractual clauses set forth in Commission Decisions 2001/497/EC, 2002/16/EC, 2004/915/EC, and 2010/87/EU.

We will handle records of all processing of personal data, whether acting as a data controller or data processor, in accordance with the obligations set forth in the GDPR (Article 30 of the GDPR). We will reflect in these records all information necessary to comply with the GDPR and to cooperate with the supervisory authorities in accordance with the GDPR (Art. 31 GDPR).

【6. Security Measures】
We process your personal information in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or corruption. To achieve this level of protection, we will take appropriate technical or organizational measures (Article 25, paragraph 1 and Article 32 GDPR).

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this policy.

【7. Notification of data breaches to the competent supervisory authority】
In the event of a security breach resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access to personal information subject to transfer, storage, or other processing, we have mechanisms and guidelines in place to promptly detect and evaluate the breach. Depending on the results of our assessment, we will provide the necessary notifications to the supervisory authorities and inform affected data subjects, including you (Articles 33 and 34 GDPR).

In case of doubt, we will contact the competent data protection supervisory authority for advice and suggestions (Art. 36 GDPR).

【9. Your rights】
You have the following rights with respect to the personal data we collect and process

Information about the processing of your data: You may obtain from us all necessary information about our data processing activities that concern you (Articles 13 and 14 GDPR).
Access to personal data: You may check with us whether personal data relating to you are being processed and, if so, you may access your personal data and related information (Art. 15 GDPR).
Correction or erasure of personal data: You may have inaccurate personal data relating to you corrected without undue delay, and you may have incomplete personal data, if any, made complete (Article 16 GDPR). You may also have personal data relating to you erased without undue delay if the requirements set forth by the GDPR are met (Article 17 GDPR).
Restriction of the processing of personal data: You may also have us restrict the processing of your personal data if the requirements set forth in the GDPR are met (Art. 18 GDPR).
Objection to the processing of personal data: If the requirements set forth by the GDPR are met, you may, at any time, object to the processing of personal data relating to you on the grounds of your particular situation (Article 21 of the GDPR).
Data portability of personal data: If the requirements set forth by the GDPR are met, you may receive your personal data in a structured, publicly available, and machine-readable format, and you may transfer such data to another controller without our interference (GDPR Article 20).
Not being subject to automated decision-making: If you meet the requirements set forth in the GDPR, you may not be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling) based on the processing of your personal data that has legal or equivalent effects on you. We do not knowingly collect and process information about children under the age of 16 without their parents' permission and consent.
